Ready to Book Your Christmas Meal?
To make your Christmas meal booking at The Royal Oak, simply give us a call — we’d love to hear from you and help plan your festive celebration.
Your Christmas booking will be confirmed once we receive both your written confirmation and a security deposit of £10 per person for parties of six or more. Please note, this deposit is fully refundable up to 28 days before your booking date. After that point, it becomes non-refundable.
Kindly be aware that we are unable to accept payment by cheque. Your deposit will be deducted from your final bill.
To help us prepare your festive feast, menu pre-orders must be submitted either by email or in person at least 10 days before your booking. If needed, amendments to guest menu choices may be made up to 7 days prior, though earlier updates are appreciated.
For safety and clarity, all allergens must be clearly highlighted and recorded through our booking system. A pre-order sheet will be available from the pub or can be sent to you via email.
